Let’s add the brains to your irrigation systems

As a contractor, I see myself as a partner with my customers. I can design an irrigation system – and I can make it the best irrigation system in the world or the worst you’ve ever seen. Obviously, my goal is to make your system the best your money can buy. Whether you choose a basic system or a top-of-the-line system, the design is always the same. And the key is always in the design. Part of designing the best sprinkler system is educating my customers about what that system can and should do to meet your exact needs. That’s why I decided to create a blog on our Website. I’m not using this site to sell you anything. I mean it, really.

I am going to use this site to help you learn about irrigation systems, about the various components involved, about how we make decisions on what is right for you. Over the next few months, I’m going to talk about water pressure and nozzles and other technical parts of sprinkler systems. And I’m going to keep talking about the design, because that’s the most important part of any system. I know, you’re thinking that this will be the most fascinating blog ever! Seriously, I know that my most successful designs happen when my customer is an educated partner in the process.

Here’s how I see it. Anybody can learn how to put all the parts together to build a cell phone, but not just anybody can add the “brains” that make the phone work. It’s the same thing with a sprinkler system.

My job is to help you understand all the parts and variables that affect your system, and then I’ll add the brains of the system design.
