Over the past couple of years, we’ve all heard about or know companies that have gone out of business. The tough economic times hit different industries in different ways. Our industry, too, has seen its share of companies unable to survive. Our story is a bit different, and we are grateful to our customers for helping us succeed. Of course, we have struggled in this economy, like all of us have, but today Nature’s Helper is expanding to serve more customers in the metro area. In recent weeks, we purchased the customer database of one of our former competitors, a company called LawnDrinks Irrigation. LawnDrinks owner Pat Behnke made the difficult decision to close his business, but he wanted to be sure his customers would continue to be taken care of. While his situation is unfortunate, we are excited to have the opportunity to serve his customers. LawnDrinks customers will see a relatively seamless transition to Nature’s Helper. We have the service records from LawnDrinks and we are honoring LawnDrinks warranties that would have still been in effect. And we have procedures in place so we can provide the best ongoing service to our new customers and well as our loyal, existing customers. All of this is possible because of the ongoing relationships we have with our Nature’s Helper customers.
