Irrigation/Sprinkler Service Technician
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Employment: Full-time
- Salary: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
We’re looking for experienced Lawn Sprinkler/ Irrigation Service Technicians that thrive on solving problems, creating rapport with customers and are self-motivated to make sure that the job is done right, even when no one is looking. *** $1,000 hiring bonus paid after 90 days ***
- Work independently to troubleshoot and repair sprinkler systems while communicating effectively with the customer.
- Educate our customers on water-efficient products to help them save water and money, and offer solutions to meet their needs and budgets.
- Document all work completed on mobile software and collect payments.
- Follow-up with customers and educate on fertilizer benefits
- Complete Spring start-ups and Fall winterizations.
- Assist with Holiday Lighting and Snow/Ice operations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a sprinkler technician
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
Compensation:
Based on experience, we offer $18 – $30 per hour, along with commissions. We offer Medical, Dental, Life and Vision benefits, as well as paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO).
Bonuses are paid when jobs are installed correctly within specific time frames.
Irrigation/Sprinkler Crew Leader
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Employment: Full-time
- Salary: $21.00 – $25.00 / hour
We’re looking for an experienced Lawn Sprinkler/ Irrigation Crew Leader or Foreman that likes to take responsibility and ownership of the crew. The successful crew leader will be able to motivate the crew and work well with the project manager and office manager to ensure jobs are installed correctly and on time. *** $1,000 hiring bonus paid after 90 days ***
Irrigation Crew Leader must have:
- 2 years of experience with sprinklers
- Be skilled at pulling in sprinkler lines/pipe
- Be confident driving a truck/trailer
- A good driving record
The Crew Leader is responsible for:
- Overseeing a 3 person crew
- Making sure all components of the sprinkler are installed correctly
- Answering general questions from the homeowner
- Training new sprinkler installers
- Alerting the project manager of any issues that come up
- Keeping track of inventory and completing notes about the install
Compensation:
Based on experience, we offer $18 – $25 per hour, along with commissions. We offer Medical, Dental, Life and Vision benefits, as well as paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO).
